The boat has had a complete refit done by myself this includes floors, walls, ceiling, internal walls, bathroom, fitted kitchen, lighting, electrics, built in ottoman style double bed and a part done extended engine room.
New plumbing and gas been done through out by a professional.
All windows have been removed metal protected in red oxide and resealed this also goes for the sliding hatch.
roof has been painted this summer in red oxide ready for a fresh new paint job.
Internally I have had new curtains made to measure by a local professional seamstress in Fenny Stratford, all decorating has been done this year.
The kitchen has metro tiles all round for easy wipe of spills.
Bathroom has a built in unit with small vanity sink and a corner shower unit.
villager Chelsea duo log burner has also been refurbished.

Engine has had a top end rebuild September 2018 by Russell Newbury themselves.
I have owned Drake's Drum (Dee Dee) for nearly 5 years and have loved living in and refitting her and honestly wish I could keep her but reluctantly I do need to sell as I have moved into bricks and mortar.
