The river and Canal barge MMS Off-Roader which was extensively converted and upgraded last year is for sale due to the cancelation of a proposed contract on the Humber. The 60 x 6 mtr barge was originally built as a petroleum carried by the Yorkshire Dry Dock Co. for its own account of vessels Whitaker Tankers. Ex-Tanker Barge was 47.5 x 6.6mtr. Built in 1962 by James W Cook and has now been professionally shortened to 23.48 mtr and retains the original crew accommodation,engine and bow section.
